Each Sagu piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our New York studio, shaped through natural materials and slow processes. Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or minor variations in shape, color, or texture.
Slight irregularities are a natural part of the making process and are what make each piece unique.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three days of delivery at info@sagu.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion.
